3D rotation - Simple 3D rotation functions (Rx,Ry,Rz). There are 3 functions, Rx Ry Rz, for rotation around the corresponding Cartesian axis. For example, the help for Rx is:Rx: Rotate 3D Cartesian coordinates around the X axisUseage: [XYZ] = Rx(XYZ,alpha,units)XYZ is a [3,N] or [N,3] matrix of 3D Cartesian coordinates'alpha' - angle of rotation about the X axis'units' - angle is either 'degrees' or 'radians' (the default)If input XYZ = eye(3), the XYZ returned is the rotation matrix.See also Ry RzThese functions can be easily combined to provide any 3D rotation required.
